At Aquavape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new garments aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
